A friend is something you choose,
Something you hate to lose.
Secrets are always kept,
And promises met.
When you’re knocked down,
They’re always there to pick you up off the ground.
Whether you’re happy or sad,
They make the good out of the bad.
When something’s wrong,
They’re there to sing you a happy song.
You’re always together,
For now and forever.
