You close my eyes
And ask me then
Why am I doing this again?
Not understanding anything you
Insist it will be clear to me.
Maybe not this minute or this hour
Or before the sun shines upon the
flowers,
But it will be clear to us, it will
be clear to us.

You lift my eyes above my head
To show me exactly what you’ve
said
That below the earth lays but one
seed
But black is the moment that so
tightly binds me
Not understanding anthing you
Insist it will be clear to me.
Maybe not this minute or this hour
Or before the sun shines upon the
flowers,
But it will be clear to us, it will
be clear to us.

Upon my head rain does pound
As murmurs from lips unbound;
Express my heed to see
If I will rise up from the seed
And my heart and mind will
both be pleased
While my strength and body has
been pushed beyond extreme.
Yet it will be clear to us.
